Studio Mercy was brought in by AvroKO to support the launch of Face Gym’s flagship store in Chelsea, London. Initially tasked with styling the space and bringing the concept design to life, the role was expanded to include packaging design, product merchandising, and hands-on support through the store opening.

By translating the brand vision into a fully realised retail environment, we focused on the finer details that enhanced the customer experience while staying true to Face Gym’s luxury wellness ethos.

The successful flagship launch marked the beginning of an ongoing partnership, leading to further collaborations on wellness spaces including Maybourne’s Claridge’s and Surrenne at The Emory, London.
